"Very quiet.... Breakfast not available there & self catering tricky with NO teaspoons, NO bowls/coups, No toaster, No large plates. Bathroom suitable for a giant as mirror too high to use & shower soaps also high!"

"My room was huge (Room 1). Bathroom was large too. Easy access from car park. Very handy location to the Main Street, shops, restaurants etc. That room could use a new tv remote, and the aircon cut out a couple of times. "

"Rooms are clean. A bit dated. Staff is very nice and helpful. The sink should be placed in the bathroom and not in the common area. It is unpractical and unhygienic, I mean washing dishes where people brush their teeth? It is particularly unpractical when sharing the room with other people. At least, place a small basin in the bathroom. The breakfast is complimentary delivered the night before. Bread, jams and butter, a small pack of cereals and juice. "

"We were pleased to be upgraded to a one bedroom suite and we each also received a complementary welcome drink. The staff at Chateau Elan were wonderful as were the restaurant and golf staff at The Vintage. The unit was spacious, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. We would rate this establishment and especially its staff as 5 stars plus! Needless to say, we would highly recommend as stay at Chateau Elan as well as the restaurant and golf at The Vintages."
