"Great little R&R vacation spot. The house is so charming with everything we needed for a great stay. The porch is gorgeous for a relaxing coffee break. The kids loved playing by the creek. Was very clean and well kept with all the needed amenities. It was easy to get to lots of activities in the area - hiking, kayaking, maple syrup tour, groceries, etc. "

"I was fortunate to be the first one to stay here. There is a nice little town of Brandon about 9 min down the road. I'd highly recommend the River Pub and Grill if you want to eat out, the steak sandwich was fantastic. If want to cook for yourself, grab some groceries at Hannaford grocery store, they had quite a versitile selection to choose from. The listing was accurate in describing what to expect during your stay. I was given given permission to hike on the property, picking some wild blackberries in the process. There was quite a large stock of firewood provided with kindling to start a fire. Matches were provided, but bringing a lighter might be worth it. There were several solar powered lights along with gas and oil lanterns that provided more than enough light. There is a usb charging port to charge your phone, and I was able to get 4G service with Verizon. If you want a quiet and cozy stay to relax and unwind, I think this is a great place to stay. If I find myself back in Vermont, I will stay here again."
