"During my recent stay at the Fairfield, I found the staff to be consistently friendly, professional, and courteous. However, the experience was significantly impacted by an ongoing issue with the hot water in my room. Throughout my stay, I was repeatedly without hot water, and several of my colleagues expressed that they were dealing with the same problem in their rooms as well. Although the staff assured us that maintenance would address the issue, it was never resolved. Having to take cold showers and then step out into winter weather made the stay extremely uncomfortable and ultimately unpleasant. Because this issue persisted despite multiple reports, I do not plan to book at this location in the future."

"Room and bathroom were great; bed / pillows so comfortable; love the robes. Breakfast had just the right amount of variety / selections. Elevator was not working but we were ok with stairs. It had been not working in our December visit either. "

We ended up leaving an electronic device in our room and I immediately got a cal from the hotel manager, as the housekeeping staff had promptly brought it down when they were cleaning our room after our stay.
