  • Entire apartment in a side by side duplex. Just 5 minutes from Ski Sundown. 2 minutes to Farmington River. 3 bedrooms with sleeping arrangements for 9. Private deck off the kitchen. 9 river tubes & 4 kayaks available for use along with mounting hardware
    3 electric bikes for rent. stay 5 nights or more and get a free rental on the e-bikes
    Wineries, Breweries, a drive in theater, thousands of acres of forest, The Saville Dam, Lake Mcdonough, Enders Falls, restaurants, antiques, all within minutes !!

    We provide 9 river tubes and 4 kayaks with several life vests available to choose from. There are a few sets of class 1 rapids and small section of class 2. We strongly suggest you wear "closed toe water shoes"
    E-bikes are seasonal
    PLEASE NOTE: if you're booking on expedia some of the amenities and photo descriptions are inaccurate . We don't know why? Tennis court is 2 minutes away, There is no spa. The waterfalls are 15 minutes away not on property grounds
