I think I love this little loft…
So perfect; cozy, calming, thoughtfully appointed including helpful toiletries, well located, east parking (maybe because of the quiet winter weekend?) and so close to east haven bread (YUM) and really great coffee shops. We loved our stay!!

Great Place!
Great location, close to good coffee, bars, and restaurants. Easy access to Freeway and the Yale Campus, generally able to find street parking too. The only thing to take into consideration when staying here is the amount of stairs to get to and within the unit, need to be mobile. Highly recommended….for the dates were not there!! :-)

Clean, Convenient, & Close to all the good stuff in New Haven! Great setup with loft, all the amenities you need and more, walking distance to great restaurants and pizza. Close to highway and downtown area. No complaints or issues, hope to return soon, highly recommend

Wonderful stay
Had a fantastic stay at this property. Great location and a very comfortable apartment. The communication was terrific as well. Jennifer was very attentive and worked with me when I made a mistake at booking. Overall I had a great experience and my family and I will definitely be back.

Super cute space, convenient to everything.
Friends and I were in town for a conference at Yale and Jennifer's space was a great homebase. Super cute and cozy, she's thought of everything (including spare toothbrushes, which was a lifesaver!). We were basically only there to sleep, and both the bed and futon were super comfy. Would totallly crash there again!

Unique and quaint
This place worked perfectly for a quick weekend trip with the kids to New Haven. Walking distance to restaurants and shops with easy parking typically right in front of the building, we were thrilled to come back to the apartment after a long, fun day. Thanks for sharing with us!

What a gem!
Located in a fabulous neighborhood, this well appointed apartment was conveniently located- within waking distance to restaurants, and and easily accessible by car to major roads and interstates. The space was quiet, bright, and clean. The host was was responsive, professional, and helpful. Simple check in and out process. No detail was overlooked.

Beautiful space, excellent stay

Perfect Stay
I surprised my boyfriend with a little birthday getaway to New Haven for good food and craft beer. We had the best location here on State Street, not to mention a very cool space. It is well thought out and had everything we needed and then some. From phone chargers to amenities they had us covered. The bed was very comfortable and the sitting area was a nice place to relax and chat about our adventures. The location cannot be beat, close to all types of restaurants, museums and parks. We did a lot of walking around to see it all. George was so kind to recommend some great restaurants to try and some breweries. It really was a perfect little getaway and we hope to be back in the future to explore some more. Thanks for the great stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Love the location next to the pantry and modern pizza. The queen bed and pull out couch fit 4 pretty comfortably, but it is probably a better fit for 3. Great value compared to many of the hotels on campus.

Excellent location for a Visit to Yale
The apartment is extremely well located near Yale on a lively safe street with easy road parking and two popular restaurants a few yards away. This property was the cleanest I’ve ever experienced at a rental. Apartment is very small, but adorable. It worked well for my husband, daughter, and I, but 4 adults would be very tight. The bathroom is in the upper loft bedroom. This was no issue for our family, but less convenient for sharing with friends. The host answered all of my questions quickly and was very flexible.. Checkin using the lock box was a breeze. The host has thought of every need and the apartment is very well equipped with quality toiletries, dishes, and bedding. We appreciated the bottled water and snacks. Please keep in mind that this is a top floor unit and requires scaling two long steep staircases and a half staircase. The apartment itself has steep steps to the upper bedroom. Building owner needs to vacuum the community stairs.. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Little Apartment
Great little apartment in a convenient spot on State Street, with lots of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well lit with natural light; I enjoyed the morning sun streaming into the kitchen as I was making coffee each day. I loved that the hosts have provided a lot of things you might want: tea and coffee and a few snacks in the kitchen, most any toiletry you might need in the bathroom; even an assortment of charging cords in case you forgot yours. Good quality towels and linens are something else I appreciate that demonstrate their attention to detail.

Cool place, Close to where we needed to be in East Rock area
Cool older building with the apartment having an industrial loft/chic feel. nice neat kitchen design, great for coffee, snacks. loft bedroom/bath suite, really good use of space. It is two flights up and there are the steps to loft, so not a good fit for mobility challenged. Very quiet for being on a busy road. We would stay here again, for sure, it's right where we need to be! Oh, lots of places to eat, esp pizza!

This adorable place was perfectly situated in walking distance to fun restaurants, Yale University and pretty neighborhoods. Two things that this owner does perfectly: communication and making sure you had everything you would every need! The check in instructions were very detailed. Having ALL the information took all the stress away. The place is adorable and there was nothing I couldn't find, that I might have needed. (even extra charge cords!) Wish we could have stayed longer; we'll definitely be back!!
