400 sq foot amazing location for a quintessential New England getaway. This is a free standing not attached to other home studio apartment.
Watch sunsets from the deck or private beach. There is a mooring for boaters available and dock to swim to or park jet ski at. The Thimble Islands are a quick boat ride, kayak or paddle board away. The house is 75 miles from New York City, 2 miles from the center of Branford and 10 miles from New Haven. Take in beautiful sunsets, walk on the beach or fish off the rocks. Kayak, paddle board, swim or just chill on the private beach just steps from the studio house. Many restaurants also available a short distance away.

We had an excellent stay at this amazing location! We biked around the gorgeous seaside neighborhood, kayaked, relaxed in the pool and hot tub, as well as at the private beach, and even caught a fish from the rocks! Overall an excellent stay at a prime location provided by very thoughtful hosts. Would definitely recommend!

Great getaway spot!

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate her birthday and it was perfect! The owners thought of everything!! The house was clean, had a great view, a comfortable bed and LOTS of little things to make our visit special. The pool and hot tub were amazing! We will definitely be back!

Relaxing Fall Getaway on Beautiful Linden Point

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this idyllic cottage on the water in Branford. Great location and hosts. Beautiful community for long walks, restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

Lovely Hosts

Liz and Adam were so welcoming and gave us a lot of information for things to do and places to eat which made our stay even more relaxing by not having to try and figure things out. The accommodations were just lovely!! Thank you for a great stay!

Our stay was incredible! The property was gorgeous- even with the home owners on property we barely saw them. We had full, private access to the backyard space- beach, pool, hot tub, fire pit, etc- all to ourselves. The property was clean and inviting and we will definitely go back. Everyone was so friendly and the area is picturesque.

An Awesome Getaway

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in a location we have not previously visited. Liz provided some extremely helpful tips on places to dine or visit. Our weather was great and we took full advantage of the property. The homeowners were very welcoming and personable and would not hesitate to return!

Close knit family time

My husband, my toddler, myself and our 3 dogs stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed watching our toddler and pups enjoy the little beach area. We hope to book again next year.

Perfection!

We booked this very last minute and we were beyond pleased that we did. Everything was perfect. Liz and Adam greeted us and ensured we had everything we needed and then some. We will definitly be back as it was the perfect getaway for pure relaxation.

little slice of heaven

We stayed here for an anniversary weekend away and found the property and neighborhood to be amazing. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and firepit and went kayaking in the afternoon. Enjoyed amazing sunsets from the deck; Adam gave us spot-on restaurant recommendations. I don't know if the supply of snacks is standard or an anniversary "special", but all in all this place was a wonderful find. Thank you!!

Beautiful view from a room! Quiet shoreline street and beautiful neighborhood! The owners are very nice, friendly, helpful! My out of town friend and I enjoyed our stay very much! Will definitely come back to visit again!

Fabulous Rental

This studio style rental was immaculate and stocked will all kinds of goodies. Our hosts were quite gracious making us feel welcome on their property. Branford is a gem in itself with beautiful coastline, great food, hiking nearby and the Thimble Island cruise opportunity. We will definitely go back!

Delightful in every way!

Our stay here was well worth the 8 hour drive. We couldn't have asked for better hosts. They provided all sorts of goodies upon our arrival. Beautiful and peaceful beach

We had a wonderful time staying at this beach cottage. It was quiet and restful…which is just what we were looking forward to. We enjoyed the private beach most! The tandem kayak was fun and there were so many other amenities available if we wanted to use them. (Paddle boards, bikes, a hot tub) The property hosts, Adam and Liz, were lovely. The extras they include (champagne, a few drinks in the frig, snacks, s’mores) are thoughtful and were appreciated. The reviews for this cottage are spot on!

Relaxing long weekend!

Was looking for a coastal retreat to enjoy a couple days with my daughter who lives near this location. This property had everything from a super clean, cozy studio with fridge and counters filled with surprising treats, incredible hot tub with lights in the trees, pool to cool off and little private beach to launch a paddlleboard and kayak, or hang out at night with a burn pit. If you are just a beach person and want toes in the sand and to swim in the ocean, this area is not for you. Otherwise...it is perfect for 2 people.

CT Beach vaca

The property is exactly what you see advertised and much more, beautiful setting in Branford, CT with private beach, pool, hot tub, paddle boards and bbq grill. The house has a wonderful kitchen stocked with all equipment needed for cooking, the living area is cozy with beautiful water views, the outside seating is very comfortable with a gas fire pit near the house and another fire pit on the private beach. The private beach association swimming area is beautiful to hang out or swim and dive off the spring board. The owners are accommodating and responsive! We’ll be back!

Immaculate Property

We stayed at the property for 3 nights and found everything top shelf. First off the place was immaculate and had everything we needed. The Property Managers provided a bunch of extras such as K cups, waffles, a few beers and vodka coolers, a bottle of prosecco and a large container of orange juice as well as ingredients for s'mores! Also, prior to our visit we recieved a list of places to shop as well as their favorite restaurants and things to do in the area. The pool and beach were great and our 3 grandchildren came one afternoon for the pool, beach and BBQ lunch and had a great time. Wonderful place with wonderful hosts and would highly recommend the place and go back as well. Dorothy & Mike T.

Fantastic Stay!

I stayed at this amazing studio cottage with my girlfriend for 2 nights for her birthday. Our hosts, Liz and Adam were simply amazing. They allowed us an early check in and a late check out. Liz even brought out bicycles for us to use to tour around the neighborhood and ride along the shore line. Because it was my girlfriends birthday (or maybe they just do this), they had Prosecco and Orange Juice plus beer and cheese and other snacks for us when we arrived. The cottage is adorable, perfect size and location facing the water. We had free use of all of the amenities (firepit (wood and gas), pool, hot tub, paddle boards, etc.) but because it was late Oct and a bit chilly we only used the wood firepit and made smores with the chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers they left for us! There are lots of great restaurants and breweries in the area, so there was never a dull moment. I can't say enough about what an amazing place this is and how special our hosts were. We will be back!!!
