"I liked everything about my stay at Lambertville Inn. The process of checking in and out was quick and easy, the room was clean and simple, and the staff was friendly as they walked by. The only things I would've liked to have in our room were a microwave and USB ports. Aside from that, it was all good and I'd stay again."
"Even though I had booked a smoking room 3 weeks in advance they said all rooms were sold out . It took a little yelling to be given what I had paid for ."
"I give this review one star because our room was clean and overall just fine. But I couldn't believe the state of the property. We were on the 4th floor and on our first night could smell something awful near the elevator bank/ice machine. It turned out it was a dead mouse and by the smell it had been dead for a while. We called down to housekeeping to report it and it took TWO DAYS for them to remove it! Then the elevator broke and was unrepaired for another 24 hours+! Lastly, I was only sent a receipt for part of my bill and when I called to request full documentation of my expenses, I had a very rude conversation with the front desk, refusing to send me my receipt! I am shocked by the terrible customer service and state of the property. I will not return to this Hyatt."
"It is a motel type lodge with a beautiful pool and landscape. On Thursday night there's a festive song along in the bar/ dining area! There are a great deal of events scheduled in this lovely well-situated place. Included breakfast was very good too! The price is right too!"
"This hotel is in need of some TLC. The wall paper was peeling thru out the room, the shower gel was empty, and no daily maid service so it stayed empty, the included breakfast was pretty bad; standard breakfast foods but super cold, kind of rather they had not bothered serving it. Light bulbs were burnt in the room, and the walls were oddly thin between rooms; literally listened to a complete conversation and they were not loud. Not a hotel I would stay again."
