This beautiful 400sqft cabin was built in 2022 on quiet private pratt pond with many outdoor activities row boat and pedal boat included with a dock and sitting area. Great mountain views, swimming fishing , nearby ski areas hiking

Mostly good
Pros: - The forest is lovely, it's a very peaceful and quiet area. - Host is very responsive, friendly and helpful. - Dock area on the pond is very nice Cons: - The listing includes a spa whirlpool which does not exist on the property. - There is a grill but it's too rusty to actually cook food on, so the upcharge for propane isn't worth it.
