We love this place

Return guests; we stayed in here in 2021 as our first post-covid summer getaway and returned a few years later! We stay at a ton of vrbos (and similar) and rarely return to the same one twice, so our return is a testament to this great carriage house.Dawn is a meticulous, kind host with great attention to detail. As Bostonians we consider New London a real gem and we prefer it to many MA beach towns for price, accessibility, and laid-backness!

Stone's throw from private beach - literally

Visited in May 2024 - this is a wonderful, clean, stay in a second-floor carriage house, literally a stone's throw from a private sandy beach. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry, with convenient beach chairs and umbrellas, toys for the kids. WiFi is spotty, but who wants to do work when the beach is across the street?!? Highly recommended!

Fantastic property near the beach

This over-garage apartment was beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable. Walk out the door and you are at the private beach in less than 2 minutes. Lovely water views from the living room. The host had so many thoughtful extras like beach towels and sand toys, water bottles in the refrigerator, etc. We wojle absolutely recommend.

Lovely and relaxing!

Very clean. Nice location. Across street from private beach and lighthouse. Gracious and accommodating host. We had a little snafu checking in but owner resolved quickly. If you have difficulty with stairs, this may not be a good choice for you.
