Arrived after midnight and they checked us into a room that hadn't been cleaned. Especially at that time of night, we don't want to have to make multiple trips down to the front desk and wait in line again and again.

First looks is everything. If the cover over the main entrance is repaired, when customers first pull up, they would be less concerned about the inside. The inside is excellent and well maintained.
