I'm not one to leave reviews but I don't want the same thing that happened to me to happen to other people. This hotel is totally disgusting, dirty throughout the room, bad-smelling bedding in the room, animals, cockroaches everywhere, mosquitoes in the bathroom, personal things. From other people, the service they give to the cleaning staff is horrible, they don't clean anything because the rooms are disgusting. The first night I arrived, they gave me a totally disgusting room, the bedding was dirty, and that's how my stay there was, everything was totally disgusting. owners should see what to do with the place if they can't maintain a hotel as it should, they shouldn't have it!!

The location is not great and the property has not been well maintained. The building is old the beds and the TV are too small and the pool looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. This property needs plenty of improvements. Also there was no soap or toilet paper in the room.

Horrible service at desk. Had booked a 2 bed room in advance but when i got there they said the 2 bed room didnt have refrigerator or microwave. That was unacceptable. Ended up having to get a 1 bed room. Got to the room and it was dirty, floors havent been swept, no counters wiped, toilet wasnt cleaned. Then the air conditioner also didnt work. Asked to change room and was told no that maintenance was going to come by. He did, air was not fixable and the maintenance man had to tell him to switch my room because he didnt believe me. Room ended up getting switched to another single bed room. It also was not clean. Only had have a roll of toilet paper. At that point i had to wake up in 4hrs amd the air worked so i didnt complain anymore. Im all about a cheap room and i dont expect much because of that. But i expect cleanliness at the very least for $87 per night. This the by far the worst rooms ive stayed in.

The hotel was patched up. The toilet seat didn’t even belong to the toilet. The tube was dirty even after cleaning it still dirty. The water only got hot during the day and barely lukewarm at night and it was cold outside.

This place was really not bad at all and we stayed for mardi gras. first night we noticed some water damage in the bathroom and after our nap the ceiling caved. the next morning they moved us into a better room with no issues. Enjoy hot showers in the morning. This place isn’t luxury but it accommodated our stay, we felt safe and had no issues with check in or check out. also we did not experience dirty sheets and pillow cases as some reviews said but we did bring our own sheets just in case.

They sold my room because I couldn’t make it Friday. I paid in advance for two nights you guys charged my card and everything. I get there Saturday morning and they said they sold my room and couldn’t do anything for me. I need a refund it was a huge waste of time getting there and got nothing in return.

This place enters your room when you leave and goes through your things. And not only that when they came in going through our things they peed all on the toilet seat. I did see that they replaced a couple of towels but not all so apparently that’s the reason they entered without us being there. The tub was dirty. My booking was for a king size but they gave me a double bed like I was a prostitute. Which my Lyft driver told me this is one of the worst places to stay. I felt very unsafe here and will never come back and don’t recommend anyone else to. The first room that was offered tv didn’t work so I had to relocate to another room. Through the night people were loud and hanging out. And I forgot to mention when I arrived there were 3 police cars on the property because of a fight.

Is a motel the room was not been worked on in some time the staff is friendly but the conditions they have to work are not the best even for them room smell like cigarets and they didn't had sheds to swap the ones my room had it work for what i needed but not my first option to return too hope they can improve cause their area has potential to be better
