Step into the historic Bywater, one of New Orleans’ most vibrant and exciting neighborhoods. Our laissez-faire nature derives from the heart and is rooted in years of tradition and rebirth. From this cultural identity comes The Saxony, a premier condominium located blocks from Crescent Park, a 1.4-mile, 20-acre urban linear park that connects to the Mississippi Riverfront. This brand-new construction building has all the amenities you could want including a pool, gym, and secure parking.

Conveniently located in the Bywater neighborhood, just a 10-minute drive from the French Quarter!

This condo is located inside the Saxony Building. Once entering the condominium you can take the elevator up to your unit's floor. After entering the unit you’ll walk past the half bathroom and laundry room on your right. The living room immediately follows the entranceway and is attached to the kitchen. Directly to the right of the kitchen will be the primary bedroom with an attached full bathroom. Located to the left of the kitchen will be the private balcony/patio area that overlooks the pool and fitness center.

You have full access to the condo. Included is a parking space in a gated & secure parking garage. Free parking is also readily available around the building for any additional cars.

The Bywater is a vibrant art scene - with local artisans' galleries, funky live music venues, and art markets, embodies the essence of these adjacent neighborhoods. A very beautiful stay

The accommodation is in a safe and very nice neighborhood. Even at night you could still walk there very safely. The accommodation itself was very clean, practical and nicely furnished. We have enjoyed our stay very much
