This brand new apartment is nestled above our beloved local restaurant down below.

Centrally located, the space is extremely close to the best local bars and eateries, a short walk into the french quarter, and a 5 minute walk to the acclaimed Crescent City Park!

There are two spacrious bedrooms, each outfitted with brand new queen Avocado organic mattresses and private balcony access.

The kitchen has brand new appliances including a dishwasher and washer/dryer to make your stay convenient and comfortable.

Local art is throughout the apartment, as well as some fun travel books + a brand new Samsung smart TV. The couch and dining table seat 4 comfortably.
