Atabex Not True! Just checked the room you stayed in not only do our doors automatically lock all rooms have a deadbolt. Your door closed properly as did the shower drain! Our rooms and hotel are even better in real life. You also never reposted any issues during your stay aas there were none.

No Ras, absolute lies you tried to get out of paying after using the room. We had sent someone to check and it was obvious you were being deceitful your room was fine you had the heat up to 80 and said it was cold! You are not welcome as your whole intent was to defraud us.

Jose refused housekeeping for the three day stay. So it was not an issue when you checked in!

Daniel that is not true! You were shown the room before you got the key! All doors have weatherstripping and seal well and curtains all close as they are all checked before you check in. You stayed 2 nights yet never said what you are saying. IF there was an issue we had staff that could have easily addressed any issue except your attitude.

No Dawn you had two rooms for four days that had zero issues with TV or towels or shampoo! In fact we have daily housekeeping reports and front desk offered you more shampoo or any supplies. We have guests like you stay for a week no one is living here. In fact we went out of our way to retrieve your mom’s phone left in Uber. The real issue is you forgot to register your mom after she sent you her ID but did not register her which caused a problem and you had to return to add her that is your real issue not any of the things you said!

Rebecca made the New Years Eve reservation in November we were full as usual her entire stay. She stayed 3 nights never once mentioning any problem even when Housekeeping made her room. We call guests due to check out a half hour before checkout time to give them time to get ready. Rebecca did not check out until after over 40 minutes and when she did she was aggressively cursing our staff out for expecting her to leave when everyone else left.
