The property was great, clean, well lit, my executive king suite was amazing and had a great view of the city. Everything was within walking distance. The breakfast was just ok. There was a lot of variety, but it was lacking breakfast meat like sausage or bacon. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was a little concerned about the lack of check in during the fire "evacuation". My husband and I walked down from floor 12. I think the "evacuation" was over, but no hotel employee was waiting at the bottom and there was no real check point. We walked off to breakfast and no one contacted saying where are you or gave us the all clear. Other than that, our stay was excellent 4.9 stars
Amazingly clean room, smelled brand new, staff was amazing and friendly, location was easy to find, self parking right next door or across the street, valet option available, and breakfast was great with a wide array of options. My only complaint is the bed being a little too firm and pillows too soft. Then being right next to the elevator when people were coming in at all hours of the AM (2-7) and being loud/yelling. The rooms aren’t very sound proof and no loud AC to hide any outside noise like at other hotels. The central AC worked great compared to those below the window units do, though! Our room was cooled off in no time and stayed cool!
Main priority - cleanliness. This hotel was very clean. It was a short walk to the streetcar which is how we traveled to explore. The staff was very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The hotel was good. Staff were professional and nice. The building was under construction and did not have a lot of amenities. Like no gym but there was bikes, water/tea, breakfast, and a little hangout section. The room was nice and clean along with the bathroom. Everything was good!

great staff and location. but room was needing support
With only being open for about 6 weeks they were working on the building, and I know it only a continental breakfast but the can get some more variety!
I like the lil kitchen setup in the room. The laptop stand was also cute
Pillows were a tad too soft and I don’t think my phone work.
The 1st night there was no hot water and the maids were great! Followed instructions to the letter!!
It was an enjoyable experience that was heavy on security.

The hotel is very new, in excellent condition, and does a very nice breakfast. Nice seating outside the hotel entry
The staff are inexperienced and not particularly supportive. We had two false fire alarms on consecutive days, one of which was promptly reverted by the manager and the other was not. The latter meNt that some oc is had to climb down greater than 12 floors of stairs. There appeared to be a problem in getting back in to any floor from the stairwell. The staff for not know how to react
This was a brand spanking newly opened hotel, so it as a few quirks that are usually needed to identify and work out with something new. Our toilet was not working correctly they attempted to plunge it and after identifying that it needed more work, my wife and I was moved to a better room that we was initially in. Other than that it was great

The room had the potential to be wonderful. It had a great view and included a fully equipped kitchen. Unfortunately, we didn't have air-conditioning the first two days we were there. Also, on another day, at 7:30am there was a false alarm fire drill that caused us to walk down 15 flights of stairs, then up again a few flights to get out of the building. There were no staff available to give any direction and one of the people in my room had a disability, causing this to be very difficult. It was unfortunate that at no time did we see staff, or hear any word from them but when we finally got out of the building, the fire department was leaving.
This hotel charged me another $1500 when I checked in. When my partner brought it to their attention they stated it was because Expedia didn’t show my payment went through, but the problem is they didn’t state that upfront otherwise I wouldn’t have paid. We asked a manager to call me to discuss the issue, and no call was made nor was a manager ever available during my stay. The second day the hot water was down the whole day. No first aid kit was available at the front desk so I couldn’t get a bandaid. In the guest laundry room it states to ask the front desk about supplies, and when I asked Alex at the front desk he stated the did NOT have any supplies so I had to go out and buy some. My partner and I wanted to rent the bikes available in the lobby but they did not have a helmet big enough for him because you only had one medium size and stated without a helmet we couldn’t ride them. How is that our fault they’re not supplied with correct equipment? Also they did not have the bike lock code for one of the locks. A rat was found on a trap on the first floor leading to the elevators. We have video. Our fourth day no house keeping was done but they brought up linen and blankets to do it ourselves even though we asked for them to come up for house keeping. We asked what they could do as a service recovery and Roberto stated we could check out 2 hours later instead of the initial 12pm check out, but the lady at the front said no because we weren’t platinum members.
The hotel has the potential to achieve a 5-star rating with a few improvements/better attention to detail. I booked our stay before the hotel opened as I previously stayed at other Element hotels with a positive experience. At the time of booking, the hotel was advertised as parking included with a parking garage onsite. Needless to say, I wasn’t happy when I found out shortly before our travel that the hotel only has valet parking available at a ridiculously high rate of $58/night which is much higher than other hotels in the area. Upon arrival, the room appeared clean; however we were left with the left-over toiletries from the previous occupant, including the used bar of soap in the soap tray. The kitchen was missing a few things, such as a dish sponge and proper dish towel. Room service every two days consisted only of making the beds and taking out trash. The floors were left dirty (we stayed for 4 nights with 3 kids) and the bathroom wasn’t refreshed at all. The hotel offered complimentary wine and cheese in the afternoons which I thought was a neat gesture; however, the pour of wine required swiping the key card by a hotel employee who then poured less than 2 oz. of wine, which made the whole experience slightly ridiculous. The cheese tray was placed right in front of the reception counter and I observed more employees serving themselves than anyone else. Breakfast in the morning was sufficient.
