Beautiful house

The house was beautiful. It was very clean and comfortable. It accommodated my group of 7 easily. I would stay there again.

Great place!

The house was exactly as advertised! The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Will and Nichole were excellent. Initially there were not enough glass wine glasses for our group, so we asked Will and that afternoon they arrived. The coffee pods were well stocked. Great location and can walk, or stumble home from Frenchman Street!

Beautiful Restored Property in close proximity to all the action

Great spot! Super clean, COMFY beds, high end amenities in a charming restored home. Tammy was great to work with. Hope we can come back and visit for longer next time!

Such a gorgeous place!

We had a amazing time at this house! The owners couldn’t have been more accommodating and responsive. The house itself had everything we could need — comfy beds, ample hot water for showers, plenty of space — indoors & out, coffee, washer/dryer, you name it! We LOVED it!

Good for groups

Great house in walking distance to the French Quarter. There is a decent grocery store a few blocks away (near the Street car stop) That had everything we needed . The home had a good and easy to use security system. The neighborhood feels a little transitional but is safe. We walked to the store and otherwise took Ubers to the French Quarter and Garden District. The management team was easy to work with and very responsive. For example there was no hairdryer so they had a team member purchase a new one and drop it off a few hours after we checked in. This was a girls weekend trip so the very best thing about the house is that each bedroom has it’s own bathroom! The beds were comfortable and the house was spotless. My only recommendations are to upgrade the cookware and purchase more comfortable seating for the living and dinning rooms. Everything is modern and in great condition, just not the most comfortable for hanging out and visiting. I highly recommend this property and would happily rent again.

Fantastic Spot for a New Orleans Get Away

This place was amazing! The listing description is spot on. Our hosts were excellent leading up to our stay all the way through after leaving to head home. Perfect accommodations and location!

First, the hosts (Will & Nichole) are the BEST! I have stayed at many short term rentals & they made the entire process easy & enjoyable. The house is in a great location - walking distance to Frenchmen, Jackson Square, Bourbon St. The home was well decorated and furnished with comfy beds that fit our group of 7 perfectly. It was so nice to have 4.5 bathrooms....especially for a girls trip! Will & Nicole went above & beyond by bringing over some drinks for the bday girl that was turning 40! Having nice accommodations was important to me for my sister's bday and this VRBO exceeded my expectations. Thank you Will & Nichole for EVERYTHING! I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone I know that is visiting NOLA!

Fun times in the 7th Ward

Wonderful home, great high ceilings, recently renovated, and incredibly accommodating for a crowd. The location was perfect for us - 15 minute walk to French Quarter but even less to Frenchman Street and Adolpho's restaurant and the Spotted Cat lounge. Highly recommend this home and we will be staying there again on our next visit to New Orleans. Thanks!

Superb Restoration - Loved our Stay!

Stayed here last month - such a cool place. The place is full of original architectural detail. You can tell the owners and contractors really put a lot of effort into the restoration. Every room has its own full bath and its own closet. Beds were really comfortable and the decor is spot on. There are original wood floors which give the place a nice warm glow. Close walk to frenchmen street and the streetcar. Lots of really cool restaurants and bars on St. Claude Avenue, which is 2 blocks away. Check out Kajun's Pub, which is 24 hour kareoke joint and they sell $1 jello shots : )

Beautiful Historic Home

This home is perfectly restored. The ceilings are probably 14' feet and there's a bunch of original details in the house from the original 19th century construction. I really appreciated that all the rooms had dimmable recessed LED lights and all have nice new fans. The AC worked really well and there are new on-demand hot-water heaters so we never ran out of hot water. There are 5 full bathrooms, one in each bedroom. This place is kind of like a little hotel. really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Quite a beautiful historic home

My family stayed here last week and were extremely impressed with the quality of the restoration. there is some really cool exposed wood walls in the back bedrooms that gives a really nice historic touch. The bathrooms in every room are really great too. We really appreciate the attention to detail and the floorplan- which made hanging out with everyone really easy. The beds are also all memory foam, which is sweet.

Good basecamp for a fun weekend

So I had a pretty good stay for a bachelor party here. The area looked a little hood, but the neighborhood was super friendly. All of the neighbors would chat us up as we walked by hoping we were musicians whom had just moved in. The poboy place down the street was really good and one of the recommendations of restaurants from Ben (N7) was my favorite restaurants I tried in this trip. This place was an easy walk from Frenchman Street which was amazing for finding good music. The whole place was still being worked on a little when we got there, so some of the finishes weren't quite done like trim or painting but nothing essential was an issue. I heard from the neighbors that we were the first people to stay here, so I have no doubt all of this will be finished by the time the next visitor books a stay. I did feel like the place was well set up for this type of trip. Beds in the right places. Lots of available bathrooms. Plenty of space for a large group of people. I'd stay here again.

Loved My Time Here - Beautiful!

This is our second time staying at this house - we really loved our time here the first time and even more the second time. the AC is brand new and the house was very cool and comfortable. They also installed on-demand hot water heaters, so you'll never run out of hot water. The place is beautiful and the open living kitchen dining rooms are great for hanging out and relaxing. Close to tons of great bars and restaurants as advertised. also just a minute walk to the streetcar. love this place and the hosts are super friendly!

What a FANTASTIC PLACE 5+++++++ STARS

this place is so beautiful! The owners have done a fantastic job renovating the home and it really couldn't be any more lovely. the ceilings are at least 13' and there's tons of cool art on the walls. everything is new. there are bathrooms in every room and the beds are memory foam. super comfy. the location is great. we walked to frenchmen street and there is a really nice grocery store a couple blocks away. I would definitely stay here again!! Thanks!
