We chose this property because it is in the heart of all of the music on Frenchman Street and offers a spacious kitchen for those nights we didn't want to venture out. Pool was great. The second floor balcony where neighbors gathered to listen to the music and people watch was nice. It is a vibrant area, a variety of food options all around. Will definitely stay here again!

Unit OK but don’t pay extra money for parking

Unit basic but well maintained and fantastically located. Properly mgr Jennifer responsive and prompt Only problem was that we paid an extra 200 for 5 days parking but the street was blocked off for 3 of these nights so we had to park elsewhere 1 night and use Uber other 2 nights costing an additional 100. I brought up the situation with Jennifer and she only said “..Uhh…Oh that’s too bad. No offer of partial refund for parking fee. So parking here cost us 100/night. Doubt we’ll book with “Southern Comfort “ again (I’m in New Orleans every 1-2 years…)
