- 1BR in a rare 1844 Creole townhouse in the heart of the Marigny—New Orleans’ artsy, bohemian neighborhood beside the French Quarter. Walk to Frenchmen Street with live music, bars, cafés, galleries and restaurants—close to the Quarter but quieter and more local. Two private balconies: a leafy kitchen balcony for morning coffee and sunsets plus a front balcony overlooking the block with a beloved neighborhood coffee shop and cafe on the corner.
There's a flat screen tv in the living room and bedroom plus a full kitchen with a full size fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker (with coffee and creamers). There's also a washer and dryer stocked with detergent in case you want to do laundry during your stay.
All guests can drop off bags securely in the hall if arriving before check-in and also welcome to leave bags in the hall after check-out if leaving later in the day.
