Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the upstairs apartment. Street parking or two spots near the Airbnb. Entry is easy and secure with a personal door code provided before arrival. In order to access the unit you must go through the iron gate on the left side of the building and walk to the back of the yard, on the right side you will see a door that will take you upstairs to the unit.



The Neighborhood:

Located in historic Olde Towne Slidell, this Airbnb puts you within walking distance of unique local shops, restaurants, and charming small-town attractions. Enjoy the character and charm of Slidell while staying close to everything. There’s also a park just across the street, right over the train tracks—perfect for a relaxing stroll or some fresh air.

House Rules & Guest Guidelines:



Pets: Only approved pets are allowed. Pets are not permitted on furniture, and all pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of outside. Unapproved pets will incur a $100 fee per animal. If a pet has an accident inside the home, a minimum $250 cleaning fee will apply (or the full cleaning cost, with receipt provided).



Parties & Gatherings: Absolutely no parties or gatherings are allowed. Any violation will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.



Guests: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is allowed. No additional visitors.



Noise & Music: Keep noise to a minimum. Loud music and disruptive behavior are not permitted on the premises.



Smoking: No smoking indoors, including tobacco, vapes, or marijuana. Guests may smoke outside on the porch only, and all waste must be properly disposed of.



BBQ Grills: Any BBQ grill must be placed at least 10 feet away from the house.



Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee. Guests staying past the agreed check-out time will be charged the applicable late check-out rate.
