"The staff upgraded me to a room that was noisy when I asked specifically if it was quiet. So I was woken up at 4:45 every morning with a a variety of delivery trucks, trash trucks, street cleaners, etc. until about 7 AM. When I asked the front desk for a partial refund, she was completely unhelpful and did not provide any solutions. The manager did end up giving me a partial refund on the upgrade. The amenities were not great because the restaurant was open a short time and the discount card that they gave us was for an offsite bar, but you had to order $20 of food to get $20 off. The building itself was beautiful, but the operational principles felt like I was getting up sold on so many things that were not even a value or beneficial."
