"The location was close and in walking distance to everything great welcome bags and free goodies were a great touch, only thing kinda awkward was the deluxe rooms were on the 19/20 floor and we had to take one elevator to the 18th fl and get off to take another one up to our floor , but the rooms were nice and exceptionally clean"

Four Points By Sheraton French Quarter

"The Four Points by Sheraton French Quarter is on Bourbon Street between Toulouse and St. Louis Streets, so it sits in the heart of the French Quarter. The hotel staff are welcoming and friendly. The hotel architecture and decor blend nicely with the style of the French Quarter. The front door of the hotel faces the pedestrian-heavy Bourbon Street, but a hotel staff member was stationed just inside the entrance to check room cards, so there is good security. The hotel room, the lobby, hallways, and lounge were clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. The bathtub drained properly during showers so there was no yucky pool of water to stand in as is common in other hotels. Our room was maintained each day and towels were changed. I did not personally use the courtyard area, but my family liked it very much. Our room appeared to face the valet parking lot and while the window view was not memorable, the room did not face noisy Bourbon Street and so it was quiet each night. We loved exploring New Orleans each day, but the Four Points Sheraton French Quarter was a welcoming and quiet oasis to return to each evening."
