Great location and great hosts

This property was in a perfect be location for our weekend trip. We were able to walk to a lot of places and the trolley stop was also very convenient. The hosts were amazing and communicated with us prior to our arrival and also checked in during our stay to ensure all was well.

Great location for a long weekend trip!

We enjoyed a long weekend stay with a small group of friends. Great location, easy walk to Frenchmen St. and the French Quarter, while being far enough away from the bars to enjoy peace & quiet at night. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the place was spacious.

Fantastic place! My husband, 18 year old son and two grandmas came down for our son’s college graduation. Everything was clean and it was so spacious. We loved the decor - It really added to the experience! Fun 4 days in New Orleans! Location was convenient and we felt safe (but you should always be careful at night anywhere.

Perfect Stay to Celebrate Sons 21st with Family!

Very clean, great location, spacious, with perfect New Orleans flair. Awesome hosts, that made sure we had a list of suggestions on places to visit, and the refreshments and snacks were a great surprise waiting for us when we got there. Plenty of fresh towels and extra blankets and pillows were appreciated! Would definitely book with these hosts again!

We stayed at this property on a trip to NOLA to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. The hosts were fantastic, responsive and very accommodating, even working with us for an early check-in. It's within walkable distance to Frenchman, Cafe Dumonde and Bourbon. Lots of people watching from upstairs balcony. Owners were soooo nice and accommodating. Owner's had great recommendations on restaurants.

Beautiful spot; easy walk to Frenchman!

The place is very aesthetically appealing and the three bedrooms are lovely. The upstairs two are particularly nice with balconies. The loft is also pretty comfy with room for an adult to stand. The kitchen / dining space and living room are both comfortable for 6-8 people. We had a great time!

Fantastic spot

This was a great spot for us to stay! The location is perfect, less than 5 minutes walk to the bars and restaurants on Frenchman street, and less than 15 minutes to Bourbon St. The property was in great shape and we had more than enough space. The only minor negative would be the very thin walls, but besides that everything else was perfect. Our hosts gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants and things to do, and all check in instructions were concise and easy to understand. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to NOLA.

Fun Location

8 of us stayed here for a long weekend. The 3 bedrooms were all nice and each of them was big enough for a couple. The loft above is spacious, but the steps to get to it are a bit steep and can be challenging for some. The location is convenient and close enough to enjoy the area, but far enough to get quiet sleep. Domingo and Natasha were great hosts and communicated consistently throughout our stay!

We were four friends having a reunion and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at this 4 bedroom duplex apartment (one of two units in a stand alone house) for three nights. Key highlights: 1) It is just off Frenchmen street and all the jazz venues on this street are about 6 blocks away (5-10 min walk).2) One dining room area on ground floor and a living/TV room upstairs3) A backyard and two balconies4) A RTA tram right in front of the apartment that you can take to get around NOLA5) A 10, 5 min Uber ride to French quarterThe hosts are friendly, hospitable and responsive! 5 stars.

Wedding weekend

A large, clean place to stay close to the French Quarter. We enjoyed being able to walk to cafes and bars. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large. A couple of things we didn’t enjoy: the downstairs toilet had trouble flushing, the lack of a larger mirror in the upstairs bathroom, the road noise that vibrated the bed, the thin walls in the duplex. Overall, a good option for a place to stay in New Orleans.

Great Location and Stay

I stayed here along with my wife and two other couples and we enjoyed the convenient location and nice property. It was within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to do and was very close to Ruby Slippers, Walgreens, and a bakery. The house was clean and the hosts provided us with complimentary snacks and drinks which was a nice touch. The only downside was that the thin walls. This unit shares a wall with another unit in the building and our entire party was woken up periodically throughout the weekend (2am-7am) by the kids next door. Overall though, we had a pleasant stay.

Great location that’s 20 steps from Frenchmen St

It was great location off of St Claude st. The walls of the house were very thin and you could hear the other vrbo come back from the bars. The beds were all fulls not queens. The hot water took a while to get hot. Overall it was good experience but we might look at another place next time due to only having 2 bathrooms with 7 people.

Birthday weekend

This was a wonderful stay. The facility was cute with a lot of charm and nicely appointed. So location was within walking distance from everything that we were intending to do. The street car is directly across the street was a bonus and helped us get everywhere in the city that we wanted to be. The host was very communicative. Gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. They kept in contact with us and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this VRBO. There is a full kitchen that is joined with the neighboring VRBO unit however, we rarely saw the other guest and never had any trouble using any of the communal facilities or visiting the back courtyard! I would definitely stay again. My only recommendation would be to bring your own coffee pods. We were hoping for some good French roast and should’ve brought some with us.
