The shower in our suite did not work, and we did not have towels when we got there. Additionally, it was confusing to know who to contact when we had an issue.

Stunning location, very quiet and well maintained room. I enjoyed calling it our home, each night after Mardi Gras celebration. It was as if we were the only guests, that’s how peaceful it was. Lacking the 5th star due to minor inconvenience such as being told we wouldn’t have a working shower potentially for 2 days. Thank goodness this ended up not being true- unsure what discrepancy happened. Also we had no soap. Without staff being present, I just used shampoo until I bought a bar.
