The house was built right at the turn of the century, roughly 1928. Incredible craftsmanship that will make you feel like you are truly experiencing New Orleans. There have been stories of a couple of ghosts as well, if you are into that sort of thing.

Walking distance to the freret street corridor, parade routes, begneits, and a very short drive to Universities and the French Quarter. This super safe area perfect for any group looking to have fun in NOLA!

Thanksgiving trip

We had a wonderful time. The house was great, had plenty of living and bedroom space. The location was nice as well.

Great location

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation and to help her pack up for her move. The rental had plenty of room for all our family members and it was only a short 2 block walk to her place. The unit had plenty of towels, the kitchen had everything we needed and there was great space for hanging out.

A nice surprise!

Our family came from all over to celebrate my dad’s 80th birthday and wanted a location where we could all be together for the 4th of July weekend. The house has so many ways to allow folks to come in and hangout and it just got better and better the longer we stayed. The kitchen was adequately stocked with pots and cutlery, the beds were comfortable and the water for showers was hot! The rooms were a nice size too! Great overall. Did give 4 / 5 stars for cleanliness because there were spider webs in some of the rooms when we initially arrived but we took care of that. Keith, if you fix that minor issue, we give this house 11out of 10 stars!!!
