  • This bright and spacious home is just 2 blocks from the best part of Magazine St! It features an in unit washer & dryer, its own driveway, backyard, 24/7 patrol and a neighborhood pool. The unit has high ceilings, exposed beams, tons of natural light and a Chef’s kitchen! Walk to the best restaurants such as Atchafalaya, Lilette and Mahoney’s. Walk to the streetcar, which will get you anywhere in the city. There is also a comfortable desk for those who work from home.

    The unit has been thoughtfully designed with local art, exposed beams, natural light and modern finishes. The neighborhood is very safe and centrally located. There is 24/7 patrol and off street parking. There is a work from home desk and a spacious and convenient floor plan with the bedrooms at opposite ends of the loft.
