"Great location, courteous staff, clean room, and excellent breakfast. The only minor drawback was that the hotel reception was still closed when we checked out for our early flight."
"Clean hotel with friendly staff in a great location! Convenience store next door, laundry on site that was easy to use (but don't expect the dryer to dry completely), nice free toiletries. Very happy with room layout. It was small compared to US hotel rooms but efficient and worked perfect for us. We had a double bed and it was compfortable, he is over 6 feet and we are both currently over 200 pounds, so the pajamas provided didn't fit us, but we didn't expect them to. We would stay again, no complaints!"
"All the staff was very helpful and efficient. The rooms were very clean, and there were ample products offered for anyone who forgot something at home. The hotel is very well-located. The only negative point was that the room got quite cold when the temperature dipped and the heating system didn’t appear very effective."
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was immaculately clean and the staff was very welcoming. The location couldn't be better, with Hanzomon Station just steps away and a Family Mart conveniently located around the corner. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenity of having fabric refresher spray in the room—it was a true lifesaver for removing the smoke smell from our coats after a night out. Highly recommended!"
"Staff were so friendly and polite from check-in to check-out. Very tidy with daily clean and changing of towels. Nice to have a change of bedding on day 3 of our stay. Will return for our next trip!"
