"Clean room and breakfast was yummy! The parts I didn’t like were there was not handicapped accessibility doors either for rooms or the pool areas. I was in a wheelchair and it was hard getting in places. Sunday night the fire alarm went off twice. Once at 1:00am and again at 4:40am. No staff said anything to me about it. No apologies or anything. That was very difficult for me being in a wheelchair. Thank you for listening! Jill Hudson"

"Rooms had been renovated, were very clean Breakfast was hot and delicious with a different variety every day. This was an amazing stay with a great price. We will definitely be back for another stay! Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable about Branson and shows."

"As frequent travelers, we were quite disappointed by the absence of a microwave. We often prepare our own meals to allocate more of our budget towards other attractions, and this presented a significant inconvenience. Furthermore, the electrical outlets appeared to be outdated, as they did not securely hold our charger and fan plugs. The exterior security light attracted a considerable number of insects, which subsequently found their way into our room. We suggest considering a different colored bulb or an entirely new lighting system to mitigate this issue."

"Pros: Friendly staff Convenient location for Branson attractions Appreciated the kindness of staff and fellow guests Cons: Musty odor in room Sticky floors Plunger left in bathroom upon arrival Thin bedding and no comforter Poor TV reception Broken vending machine Confusing communication regarding checkout Breakfast offerings did not match expectations No complimentary toothbrushes or toothpaste available Charged me 50$ deposit still waiting for my refund after a week I booked this property for a special trip with my son and was disappointed by the overall condition of the room and the maintenance issues we encountered. While the staff were courteous, the accommodations did not meet the expectations created by the listing. Management reviewed my concerns after the stay but declined to provide any refund or compensation."
