"The property exceeded my expectations. It is a new property with a terrific outdoor deck and a huge field attached to it that borders the river. The kitchen was spacious, the bedrooms were good sized and it was a terrific location. I had to reach out to the owner for a detail I missed and he responded immediately. I’d recommend this place if you are planning on staying in Clearfield."

"First of all, 5 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND!!! The place was spotless, the host was phenomenal, friendly, and attentive, and it was so roomy and nicely decorated!!! The host owns the beer distributor next door so when I couldn't get in, due to not having internet service when I arrived, I just went next door and she came to my rescue! ( I should have screenshot the code before heading that way...tip) This stay is excellent for a large group or family too! We didn't get to use the property to it's fullest because we had a wedding in the area but it has a lot of perks! Only down fall, there was a storm that came through the area and knocked out the internet and there was no way to get a hold of anyone to come reset the box. So we were unable to communicate with the outside world till we drove down the road which was a bit inconvenient but completely understandable, not her fault. We didn't get home till late so I wasn't calling her at 11:30 at night to reset the internet. Soooo, SUPER AWESOME STAY, LOVED THE HOUSE, AND NOT FAR FROM A GAS STATION, BEER DISTRIBUTOR, AND RESTAURANT!!! THANKS AGAIN!!!"
