If you want a bed and nothing else, this is your place. Dead of winter and the window was left open. Had to ask for heat!!!! Pillows for 1 person. No extra blanket. 1 bath towel, no face towel or wash cloth. And, final straw, no hot water in the morning!!😡😡. Now Im just waiting to see if I bring home bed bugs. That would totally fit this stay!
Pay the extra and go elsewhere!!
This property is disgusting. No up keeping and there were no towels to shower in the bathroom. The sheets were stained. Overpriced hotel overall. This people don’t care about managing a clean hotel.
Run the opposite direction. It is not worth it!!!!
This hotel was not at all what was advertised. It was like staying in a trap house with the worst bed. The bed was sagging in the middle so bad we could barely sleep. There were no blankets, just a sheet. Also, wires were hanging off of the wall, and dead roaches in the bathroom. I totally believe in staying in budget-friendly hotels but this was horrible.
The staff were very helpful and courteous. The state of the room left a lot to be desired. I had to ask for towels, and the bathroom had a lot of hair from a previous guest. There was also some petfood on the floor which had attracted ants. While affordable by NY standards, I'd still expect better.
Terrible hotel. Needs to be taken off of Expedia. Exposed wires, stains everywhere, carpet never been cleaned and ceiling falling off in room. Had to check out immediately after inspecting the room as was unsafe to stay.
Very dirty. Sheets with no blankets, requested blankets and got more sheets. No cable on the tv only antenna with a couple channels. Room looked like it had not been thoroughly cleaned under the beds and couch in years. Was only given 1 room key for 3 adults. Cockroaches in bathroom. I could go on and on. Would not recommend.
600$ for two nights with broken phone, broken TP holder shower was boiling hot , no fitted sheep on the box spring bed. Furniture is from 1981. Needs to be updated. Lady seems to be living across from room 202 with a barking dog. Idk no airport shuttle. 2.2 miles from LaGuardia is a $25 charge. - what a rip off - New York is a dumpster fire !
the furniture in the room looked like it was picked up off the side of the road. there was dust on the furniture and the room needed to be vacuumed. there was a mai's cart outside my room when I checked in and it was still there in the same spot when I checked out. complete with a bucket of industrial strength cleaner that could be smelled in the room. there was mold in the bathroom. the air condioner was leaking, but there was a bucket underneath it to catch the water. and I was close to the front desk so had the ability to hear all the receptionists conversations throughout the night.
I would never go back, the place was dumpy, our room keys did not work, the tv in the room was not working and when he put us in a different room, there were only a few channels. It just seemed like a seedy place. You could not make out going calls from the
room.
Room was very dirty. Toilet didn’t have a toilet seat cover plus there was urine on toilet seat. Sink stopper was stuck in sink so water wouldn’t drain. When we got back the second night they turned off our room key so we had to go downstairs to get it turned on after long day in city
