This is a newly renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and triple exposures. This apartment is walking distance to Soho, Nolita and the Lower East Side. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds, the other two bedrooms have double beds. Apartment is equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay (linens, towels, kitchenware etc.). Building has a smart intercom for a seamless self-checkin! This apartment is not in a hotel and is on the 2nd floor of a walkup building.
