  • Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The Financial District is a dynamic neighborhood characterized by its mix of historic landmarks, towering skyscrapers, and a bustling business atmosphere. It's a blend of old and new, with iconic sites like Wall Street, Trinity Church, and the Charging Bull statue alongside sleek modern buildings and waterfront views. It offers a quieter vibe with access to historic sites, waterfront parks, and trendy dining spots.

    This is a doorman building with a gym and laundromat on the 3rd floor. The apartment is on the 15th floor elevator building. There is a pull out couch and an air mattress on top of the queen size bed.
    It's a beautiful studio and very clean.
    We have equipped it with everything you may need. The sheets the pillows the mattress and everything in the apartment is of high quality material.

The apartment was spotless when we arrived, and the host was prompt, communicative, friendly, and very helpful. We had a nice stay here and were able to cook fabulous meals in the well-appointed kitchen. There was even a string of Nespresso pods waiting for us to go with the fantastic espresso maker. We will look up this property again when we come back to New York. thank you, Blaire, for a lovely visit.
