The Financial District is a dynamic neighborhood characterized by its mix of historic landmarks, towering skyscrapers, and a bustling business atmosphere. It's a blend of old and new, with iconic sites like Wall Street, Trinity Church, and the Charging Bull statue alongside sleek modern buildings and waterfront views. This is a doorman building with a gym and laundromat on the 3rd floor. The apartment is on the 15th floor elevator building. There is a pull out couch and an air mattress on top of the queen size bed.
It's a beautiful studio and very clean.
We have equipped it with everything you may need. The sheets the pillows the mattress and everything in the apartment is of high quality material.
