Furnished with comfortable high-end designer furniture, in the kitchen: marble kitchen counter tops and Miele appliances, and spa-like bathroom, king size bed in the bedroom, in luxury building with a variety of amenities like co-working, sundecks, BBQs, gym, basketball court and game room. 10min ferry ride to the city, ferry stop is at foot of building. In heart of Greenpoint neighborhood which is lively and has tons of restaurants and coffee shops. 20min walk from Williamsburg neighborhood. Weekly cleaner is included in the monthly rent.
