Good Location but Needs Renovation
The property was right by the Penn Station, so it was really well located. The manager was also very communicative and nice.
Our main complaint is that the property needs significant renovations. Parts of the rooms were falling apart. For instance, the bathroom wall has a hole in it. The cover on the kitchen vent is duck-taped and might fall off soon. Some of the bath towels were dirty.
Perhaps a few hangers could come in handy.

Great location
This apartment is just a couple blocks away from Penn Station, which was really convenient. We felt completely safe in the area. The host replied promptly to any question we had. Everything was clean and comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again.
