I really enjoyed the Fitzpatrick hotel. The staff was very nice and the room was clean. The location was also perfect. You have to pay a $40 resort fee for the gym and WiFi even if you’re not going to use them, but I think it was good value for the money. There’s a restaurant and bar on premises.

Everyone was helpful. We were in a hurry, so a quick check in got us into our room efficiently. Taxi and car service were easy to arrange. The bedding was soft, the street was quiet and we slept well.

The Fitzpatrick hotel has a wonderful location, steps from Grand Central Station. It was easy to get anywhere around the city. There were also many different restaurants in the area, so finding dining was easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice. Queen size bed which was very comfortable. There were a couple of spots on the wall and we had someone working outside our 7th floor window at 8:15 am. All in all though we were very pleased with the accommodations for the price. We would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff. Place was clean. Nice size room. Check on is at 3 we arrived early around 1 they let us check in and get a room. Check out at 12 is nice. Right across the street from Grand Central Station.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location on a pretty quiet street just step away from Grand Central Station. Lots of food and dining and food options. Having a small refrigerator in the room would have been great amenity to have especially with the hot humid weather.
