The shower was dirty, I payed $170 For a King bedroom and they moved me to a Queen One because de AC wasn't working. Y no me devolvieron la diferencia. El piso esta pegajoso, yo estaba en la 207 y la puerta de las escaleras estaba cerca de esa habitación y fue muy difícil conciliar el sueño y descansar. En fin fue un pesadilla.
It was a one night stay, everything is ok, but when I get to the room the main window shades did not wanted to close the window besides it shades works good. Tired after driving so many hours to deal with this was uncomfortable.
The hotel was clean and nice however after paying for your stay in the area it’s in I would think they would offer “Free Parking”. No, they charge 45 dollars for parking which is Crazy. So I had to look for parking on the street.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
I was in New York for my cousin’s funeral and this hotel was close to the location. The parking is horrendous and I was warned by a manager about parking on the side of the building as
We got kicked out because the shower water was running. Hotel management came. Angling on the door saying we have 10 mins to leave because “the shower is steaming so you’re in here smoking” and nobody was even smoking.
Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Parking at facility is 45 dollars a day when available. Ended up parking illegally under a raised underpass across the street in muddy conditions. Construction is going on around the facility so very noisy. Hotel is dingy and not clean looking. No soap or other normal items in bathroom Shower is lukewarm and it took 10 minutes to get that. Small number of towels available. Due to pandemic only a poor bag breakfast was available.with limited items. Stayed one night and left to a Marriott. Hotel refused to refund any money. Would never use this hotel or Expedia again for travel plans.
The key card to open my room door didn’t work at all every time i stepped out i had to wait for front desk to let me in upstairs with their master key. They didn’t provide any soap or toiletries the soap bottles were empty and the bathroom wasn’t as clean. It said it was a smoking free facility but yet for the 2 nights i spent my room smelled like weed. I will not be returning to that hotel ever!
I frequent the hotel for work relations. Overall, I have been happy with my stays, thus far. Nice place to stay in the Bronx. The water was cold in my room. Only downfall this trip. I called staff and the problema was rectified.
Just the hospitality in general the property was welcoming and very very clean .....I recommend that you are heavy on the tips for the house keeping team because they do a great job
Great location. Great service. Only problem is with staff in morning breakfast: it may be over at 10, but customers have the right to stay eating. It’s a way of telling them “welcome home”.
