Staff was helpful. The hotel was somewhat close to the airport and I stayed one night until my flight time. It was great for an overnight stay.

The roomwas made dirty by the guest herself. She put a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the door which means she did not want anyone entering her room. Hence no housekeepers entered her room. The lady has to learn how to talk to hotel staff . No absuvie behaviour is tolerated towards any staff members.we have zero tolerance policy when it comes to threats or absusive behavior. We wont ever enyertain this guest in our property henceforh.

Very accommodating staff, clean large rooms and clean bathrooms. Close to airports. Stayed here a few times and prices are always reasonable compared to Manhattan. Trains close by to the city and airport. Breakfast is satisfying and a good variety to choose from.

I did not venture outside the property. My flight was cancelled due to weather conditions and I was happy to find a room here at a reasonable price. The staff were helpful and polite and accommodated me cancelling my second night -at no charge- because I got on an earlier flight. The bed was great and the washroom also. Facility was clean. Breakfast was included which was so convenient. The hotel was very close to JFK.
