Was hesitant to stay here because the few reviews. But we found it great. Was good price and value. Clean no frills place, hope they keep it clean like that, I would def stay again. Very close to the Kosciuszko stop on the J, made it easy to get into the city.

I found this place to have a very convenient location, with a lot of places to eat nearby. I enjoyed my stay overall, but unfortunately, the room had a strange smell. Additionally, the bathroom tub was not properly cleaned, as there was a lot of hair in it and on the floor. On the good side, the receptionist was very friendly!
