The location is very convenient. We arrived at 10:30 am and had no issues checking in early. Check out was a simple matter of returning the key card. Rooms are adequate. Nothing fancy but clean and neat. Decent breakfast is included

I loved the decor of the room mainly the curtains! (room 306). I didn't like the view from the window though. Overall nice stay and the breakfast was the bomb! (slang for really good)

Rooms were nice and comfy, area around the hotel was walkable and had a lot of fun things to do. Will definitely come back later in the year for another stay.

There is no space in front of building for guess to pull to unload their suitcase ( yesterday had heavy rain, no place to unload in front of building, The carpet needs to be shampooed, had a bad smell. Our towels we had yet to use had hairs on it. Called to have new towels which we hot but did not like the maintenance person knocked and did not wait for us to open the door but just open the door after knocking. The free Breakfast is not worth it, poorly served ( dud nut see anyone there fir questions if one had. If you need an overnight stay for JFK flight ( like in our case), you can bear it and plan to have breakfast somewhere.

when me and my wife booked this hotel we saw they have air conditioner and parking available. but they don't have any parking space. also they don't have any air conditioning system. it's so bad. whole night we open the window.

I have stayed here before and that was why I came back On this trip I discovered that the walls between the rooms are paper thin. Two men and two women were having a loud all night party in the room next to ours. I wanted to call the front desk but my wife wouldn't let me. I should have called because they kept us up literally all night until 7:00 the next morning. Wouldn't hurt to have a little more insulation in the walls. The place is clean and the noise outside is generally quiet. The breakfast is good

Had to go down to front desk to get an iron. I'm used to iron and ironing board in the room. Bad TV connection. The floor saddle between bathroom and room and room and hallway too high -- caused me to trip. Furniture and style could be updated. People friendly and tried to help.
