We had an excellent one-week stay at this apartment. The apartment was very comfortable, fully equipped, and had everything we needed for our stay. One of the main reasons we chose this location was its proximity to the John McEnroe Tennis Academy on Randall’s Island, it was only about a 15-minute drive, which was extremely convenient for us. The host was very kind, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. There is also a grocery store and pharmacy nearby, which made things very convenient. There are plenty of parking garages nearby as well, so finding a place to park was easy. Times Square is about a 25-minute drive, although I would recommend taking the subway instead, especially during busy traffic hours. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this apartment, particularly for families looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-equipped place to stay in New York.

Great for a long weekend

This property worked very well for us location-wise and provided everything we needed. We especially appreciated the kitchenette with Keurig and K-cups and the ample supply of towels.

Fabulous unit in a great location

The perfect place to stay

The apartment itself was amazing and the location was excellent.. Nice place

This apartment was just what I needed for my long weekend trip. Except for the party nearby on Friday night, which I didn’t mind because the music was great, it is surprisingly quiet. I appreciated all the little extras like coffee pods, creamer and water bottles. The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

Could Not Have Been A Better Selection

Accommodations were very clean, comfortable and nicely located. We wanted to experience Harlem and have easy access to Downtown NYC. Both were achieved. The apartment is in a historically rich section of town and a pleasant neighborhood. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The extremely clean apartment is a basement apartment in Harlem. Very quiet, although you can hear the people above you walk around, but it was not a problem. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Subway access very close.

One of the best properties we have stayed in while in the area. Listing 100% accurate. Clean, comfortable with luxury touches throughout. Walkable quaint neighborhood with multiple good restaurants just blocks away. Easy access to transit. Would give a sixth star if possible!

Very clean and close to subway

We loved this apartment because it's what we needed for our trip. It is small but very quiet and well-maintained. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the mornings and we also liked the bottle of wine they offered us. It has a small backyard we could not use because of the weather. The subway is really close and we'd love to come back in the future.

Clean, convenient and cosy!

We had a lovely stay with everything we could possibly need available and handy. Affordable public transportation is easily accessed from this Hamilton Heights hideaway. The weather was a bit too chilly and windy to use the backyard patio, but we look forward to returning to this same rental during warmer weather. A GEM!! but

Pros: Apartment was as advertised. Double door entry and motion sensor lights on both ends. Camera in the hallway. Locked door to stairwell. Device charging station. Keurig; coffee fully stocked with tons of creamer provided! Staples like olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar. Dishes, cooking utensils, skillet, pans. Two gas burners and an air fryer. Access to closet with broom, swifter. Decent back patio. Sleep masks. Fully stocked grocery store a few blocks up. Amazing access to the subway. Host was very responsive. The sheets, towels, linens were clean and we had a comfortable stay.Cons: Motion sensors go off frequently. Although we appreciated them, the front window is a heavy frosted glass and I would have loved a curtain to block out the light. The sleep mask worked, but sitting in the front room before bed trying to read or watch TV with my kids put me on edge every time the light went off. No one ever came down our gate or tried to enter. It was fairly quiet on a residential street. However, St. Nicholas is about a football field away from the apartment and it reminded me of North County in St. Louis; it did not feel safe to us. We avoided certain street corners. We did sight seeing during the day and made sure we were in our apartment well before dark. We did not venture outside once in the apartment. Summary: The apartment served us well. If it was in a nicer area it would have been great. We'll pay the extra next time for our peace of mind on safety.

This was my first visit in this area of town. From my NY friends, everyone says it’s Harlem but I believe it’s in between Harlem and Manhattan. Whatever the case, the location was fine for me, it was close to the train and had everything else accessible within walking distance.my daughter and I felt safe and had no complaints.The apt itself was so clean and cozy and provided everything needed for the stay. The host was so pleasant, as well as attentive and made herself available at all times. I believe I have found my go to stay spot as I visit often and do not like to always stay with friends or a hotel. I recommend 10/10.

Cozy Hamilton Heights apartment

Coming to NYC for the very first time, we knew it was going to be an adventure. We decided to have a complete local experience by staying in an apartment instead of a typical hotel. This cozy little apartment did not disappointment. The location was perfect for us. It was in a neighborhood right around the corner from the subway and a short walk to Broadway, which gave us access to a variety of shops and restaurants. During the day, we were able to get on the subway and maneuver around the city and get to all the main attractions. At night, we were able to come back and enjoy a relaxing evening in the apartment. Any questions or concerns was addressed very quickly, and it was easy to communicate with property manager. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back and stay in this cozy apartment to experience more of the city. Thanks for giving us awesome service.

This was a great location in Harlem, very close to the subway. Clean, exactly what we needed. The back porch space was a nice surprise, although it was covered in tree pollen so we didn't use it much- I have allergies. There was a hiccup in the check-in when I was given the wrong code to open the door, but I was able to call the host and resolve it quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to others. It was just what we needed, with some added nice touches from the hosts.
