The apartment was a peaceful place to return to after a day of walking in the city. We felt safe. Close to transportation, Central Park and good food. Owners were very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

Place is exactly as described. Clean, owner very responsive, all you need in a home away from home is there. It is a bit far for subway system. Not to much around close by for restaurants or bars etc. I would recommend for younger couples who are able to get around by foot, taxis, bus.

The host was very responsive and kind, and the place itself was nice and neat.There was a sudden dramatic weather change, and although the main heater didn’t work, the host reacted very quickly and brought us strong, nice portable heaters.The only problem was the location— it’s not actually on Park ave. as stated in the description.

Property is as pictured. Very nice modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable and there was more than enough linens. It is in walking distance of the Met and many restaurants and grocery. The building is safe with friendly neighbors and a nice workout room in the building next door.

My complain is more to VRBO managing listing: approximate location indicated on map is not close to the actual one. Although it is still safe but it is much further from Central Park than i anticipated. If you are fine with ‘Ubering’ everywhere, go for. The apartment itself is well stuffed, clean and very accommodating owner/manger gets back immediately.
