Nice unit, use of balcony would have been nice

It's a nice unit in a nice building. The gym is great. My unit had a balcony that was blocked by suspended window washing equipment so I was not able to use it.

Waiting on a full refund. Drive 24hrs from Oklahoma to arrive to an “electrical issue” that robbed me of my stay and the additional funds it too to rectify such.
