Spacious 2 Bed/2 Bath Apt 3 Blocks to Central Park

A well lit and spacious 2 Bed / 2 Bath Apt 3 Blocks From Central Park!

Walk to Fifth Ave, Guggenheim, Central Park and the museum mile. The apt is right above the 6 Train Station. Plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants walking distance from the apartment.

Amenities include new appliances, a washer/dryer, refrigerator and central heating and air-conditioning.


NOTE: The sole elevator has been breaking down on random days due to ongoing maintenance. Please be prepared to be able to use the stairs if this happens. As of 7/21/25, there are no updates yet on when it will be fully resolved.

Update as of August 21, 2025:
The elevator has been operating normally, and we haven’t received any reports of breakdowns.
