Located one block from the subway and ten minutes to Central Park. Right by the Target on 44th and 10th for anything you might need and surrounded by great restaurants and bars.

Gated entryway leads down a few steps into an open concept living space with oversized couch, large TV, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, island with bar seating, and breakfast nook. Down the hall you'll find a powder room and laundry closet with washer and dryer, iron, and steamer.
