It is fully furnished with Beds, a 65" TV, & Furniture. This apartment is perfect for a vacation, or an individual who needs an extra room to work quietly from home. There are Cameras and a Alarm system for protection. This location is close proximity to Yankee Stadium. There are plenty of restaurants, super-markets and cafes nearby. Apartment has Cable and Wifi. Owner occupies the main floor. This is a top floor apartment with lots of natural sun light. This apartment is one block away from Mel-rose Avenue, 2, 4, 5 and D trains are accessible. The 41, 15, & 21 buses are also available. Short term rental for professional out of town employees are available.
