The accommodations are very nice. I stayed with my three children and there was plenty of room. The building is nice and very secure. Located very close to everything in Times Square. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The host is very easy to communicate with and responds quickly.

The place was ideally located close to all that midtown manhattan has to offer! There was plenty of space for our family of 4, though we didn’t spend tons of time in the apartment since we were out exploring most days! Kitchen had everything we needed. Entry and exit were a breeze, and the host was very communicative. Definitely would stay again!

We had a great couple of days in NYC. The apartment is close to Amtrak, subway, Times Square, theaters, shopping, restaurants, etc. Perfect to get around and experience NYC. Overall it was good - check-in & check-out process was easy, apartment was clean and in a safe neighborhood. However, I would recommend that the owner /property management company repair a few issues to make stay more comfortable (water leak above shower, missing valve handle on the radiator-couldn’t regulate heat, pigeons nesting inside the window A/C unit).

We left and did not stay in our Vrbo. It was dirty, there was no mention in the booking we would have to climb 60 stairs. The host was dismissive and rude.

This was one of the most disappointing stays I've had. The bedsheets smelled terrible from the moment I arrived. I contacted the host immediately, but they ignored my message for two days. I also reported that there was no body wash in the bathroom, and that message was ignored as well. On top of that, one of the rooms doesn't even have air conditioning, and the entire house smelled like sweat, making it very unpleasant to stay inside. If you're choosing this place solely for the location, you might be willing to overlook these issues. But if cleanliness, comfort, and basic communication from the host matter to you, I strongly recommend booking somewhere else. You'll likely regret staying here.

Host was very responsive. Location is perfect! Area is safe. Down side apartment is noisy. Walls thin and you can hear everything in the building. It's an older building. Lots of stairs which is fine unless you have someone who is handicapped. Beds were good. Apartment Is older but definitely served it's purpose. Thanks again to our host!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar. Ein Block vom Timesquare entfernt, fußläufig zum Hudson River und viele Geschäfte und Restaurants direkt in der Umgebung. Subway-Station an der nächsten Ecke, von daher verkehrstechnisch perfekt angebunden. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber für die Zwecke der Übernachtung und Erkundung Manhattans und New Yorks absolut ok. Das Haus hat keinen Fahrstuhl, es sind aber nur 2 Stockwerke (insgesamt ca.26 Stufen) zu laufen, was selbst mit Gepäck für uns kein Problem war. Trotz der Nähe zum Timesquare ist die Wohnung ruhig. Durch das Laufen der Klimaanlage, was im Sommer unerlässlich ist, hört man selbst die Sirenen der vorbeifahrenden Einsatzfahrzeuge kaum bis gar nicht. Die Bilder der Anzeige sind absolut authentisch.

Location is superb. Sleeping accommodations were comfortable. Living room furniture is functional but not really comfortable. The location makes up for that. Communication was great! New Towels and wash cloths. A fan or A/C in other bedroom would help. Single beds perfect for 2 teenage grands.
