Whether you’re here for work or leisure, this phenomenal spot offers a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city. Located in downtown town manhattan on water street and Wall Street We look forward to hosting you at our place.
    Excellent location
    in the heart of the Financial District (FiDi). The area is incredibly safe and walkable to iconic landmarks like the Statue of Liberty ferry, the World Trade Center, Wall Street, and the Oculus shopping center, with stunning waterfront views. There’s a lot of restaurants, cafés, bars, and shopping. It’s easy to reach SoHo, Tribeca, Brooklyn, Midtown, and anywhere else in the city within minutes from Fidi.

    You will be living with another female who has been a long term tenant there. She’s a lawyer in her 30s.
