Staff was nice. Was unfortunate they didnt do anything to help accommodate that we got stuck there during the blizzard. Was told doorman would get us a Taxi, then when left, was told to get my own.

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
Everything was absolutely perfect. It was my lady’s birthday, and the restaurant downstairs even put a candle on my lady’s cake when she turned 40.

Hyatt Grand Central New York
The Hyatt Grand Central is a wonderful hotel in a great location. We were able to walk to many of the sites we wanted to explore while visiting New York City.
