There was more noise than usual from Broad Street illegal road activities. I come for work; my fellow lodgers do not and they partied until 5 am. Lucky me.

Very nice hotel considering it’s in the middle of one of the crappiest cities in New Jersey. Felt very safe here & would recommend staying here to friends

Overall, a great experience. Staff polite and responsive. Easy area to DoorDash or go get food. Connected to Prudential Center via 4th floor for daughter’s graduation ceremony. Very good experience.

Great for a long layover. The shuttle runs infrequently so needs some patience. Otherwise comfortable and clean. Starbucks on site is always a bonus.

On Expedia your web page says Restaurant and Bar that is on of the resort but there was NO bar or restaurant so we had to go outside the hotel Not Happy about this

Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Ice machine was in enclosed room, so no obnoxious noises. Parking nightmare. I arrived during event at Prudential Center. Front desk should have given written parking directions. It took many wrong turns before I finally parked my car. Would have given 5 stars if parking communication was better. Would definitely stay here again now that I know how to park.

The hotel itself is nice and clean. They have a security guard at the door which is also good. The hotel is good, the neighborhood is not a place you want to walk around and explore at all. The hotel only serves breakfast, there is no dinner, no bar, no beer sold in the little lobby emergency food shop. So it’s a good safe place to stay if you have to work downtown. But it’s no fun at all
