At May 17 around 9:30pm When I at Reception want check in then found out the check day she’ll be 18 but the night is Fully booking so she Cancel the reservation at may 18 Tell us to call Expedia to get refund and I have to find another hotel to stay overnight
I like the amenities the hotel lobby had to offer. I didn’t like the idea of soap and shower gel bottles in the bathrooms. I need regular individual soap bars and lotion bottles etcetera!
The ladies in the front were very nice and the hotel rooms are fab! Loved it. Great sleep!

After being on a 14 hour flight we booked this hotel so we could sleep for the night before our 4 hour drive home the next day. Unfortunately for us, someone was playing loud music ALL NIGHT!!! I finally called the lobby around 6am and the music stopped shortly after that. Honestly and truly one of the worst nights in a hotel my family and I have ever had.

While I only spent one night at this hotel and it was only due to a canceled flight, my overall opinion is that this hotel is in serious need of an upgrade. From the lobby to the restaurant to the rooms, very date and in need of a serious upgrade especially considering this is a Hilton.
The shuttle to and from hotel needs to be improved. We were skipped 2 times before we could get the shuttle to hotel. There is absolutely no rule how to prioritize who gets the shuttle first.

It’s a beat up convenience when stuck for a while at Newark on a long layover. Folks who work here are solid staff though, but the hotel is what it is.
