"Reeked of Marijuana from other tenants who were very loud. Very drafty and cold with only a window unit heater and a large gap under the door. Had to park in the front yard to get guaranteed in/out with other tenants The company charged an unauthorized charge on my credit card after I requested and declined a quote for a possible extension but DID refund the charge immediately and stayed in great communication with me, answering all emails promptly at all hours of the day."

"Upon arrival the front door looked like it had not been painted in 20 years, that should have been the first clue of what was to come. The interior looked like a 20-year-old boy's dorm room, only worse. The hot water heater was either too small or malfunctioning because when showering we ran out of hot water. Light bulbs were missing from lamps. The ceiling fan in the living room was running full blast with no means to turn it off, the pull cord was nonexistent, and the wall switch did not work....
